Scouts BSA Troop 23 will be recycling Christmas trees as a service to the community and fundraiser for the scouts on two Saturdays in January.

Two recycling options:

1. You drop off your cut tree behind Tractor Supply, 356 Stockbridge Rd, Great Barrington, on either Saturday Jan. 6 or Jan. 13 between 10a.m and 1p.m. Please bring a donation of $5 per dropped off tree.
2. Schedule ahead with the scouts to pick up your tree from your house on Saturday Jan. 6 or Jan. 13.
   Request pickup by calling 413-591-0215 (or email ScoutTroop23.gb@gmail.com) and leave a message with your preferred day, either Jan. 6 or 13, your address and phone number.
   Tree needs to be curbside by 9 a.m. on the Saturday you requested.
   Tree should be bare- no tinsel, nails, wire or flocked trees can be accepted.
   Donation for picked up trees is $10. Please attach donation to the bottom of the tree in a zip lock back to keep dry. Make checks payable to Scouts BSA Troop 23.
